How does one design a digital interface that welcomes passengers in a self-driving public taxi, while ensuring safety and trust and helping passengers overcome difficult scenarioes and making sure they reach their destination.

Prototype as a conversational tool
We tested often and focused on more extreme user groups, such as families, wheelchair users, the visually impaired and more.
